Bruins Release Book Celebrating The Club’s Centennial Year

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — To celebrate the Boston Bruins 100th season, the Bruins released a new book looking back at the team’s history.

“Boston Bruins: Blood, Sweat & 100 Years,” co-authored by Richard A. Johnson and Rusty Sullivan, gives fans a deep dive into the 100-year history of the club. The book is now available for purchase at the ProShop and online.

The book takes readers through the entire history of the Bruins, focusing on the iconic moments and legendary players. The book also includes images of past and present players and exclusive essays on special moments in the team’s history.

Johnson has authored several Bruins books in the past and served as the Curator of The Sports Museum at TD Garden since 1982. Sullivan has also authored a number of Boston sports books and served as the museum’s Executive Director since 2005.
