The Sports Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational institution that relies heavily on its generous donors to carry out its mission of helping kids in the Greater Boston Area through a variety of community outreach programs, including our Boston vs Bullies anti-bullying program, our Stand Strong character education program, our belonging program ALL IN, and many others.

The Sports Museum is happy to help support other local non-profit organizations. Our goal is to fulfill as many requests as possible through a limited number of museum donation pass packs each year. Due to the overwhelming number of requests received, and because of our own personal non-profit status, we are unable to support every organization with a donation. We love our community and want to help as much as we can!
Donation pack requests will be reviewed January through September and must be used within one calendar year from the date of donation. Please submit your requests as early in the year as possible.
ALL requests must be processed through this form.
